Simulation Training

Simulation based learning is a powerful, effective method for accelerating expertise. Simulation can also be used for reactively exploring health and care events such as near misses, or for pro-actively examining processes and procedures to identify strengths and weaknesses. Although, for reasons of efficiency, single specialty/profession learning is sometimes required, multi-specialty/professional learning allows people to learn from and with each other, and to "train as we work".
