One of the advantages of having a well thought out progressive multi-professional induction programme is that it can accelerate the engagement and effective integration of a new practitioner into the multi-professional team. A series of interactive stations for a multi-professional clinical team induction programme have been developed, which covers both generic and specific clinical skills using an agreed lesson template. The developed stations and resources can be used or adapted as needed to create any healthcare induction programme.
